Live Events

I was in charge of multiple events hosted by the publishing team practicum at Moody Bible Institute. The audience was the entirety of the student body, with a focus on community-centered creatives.

As the team lead, I was responsible for ideating the events, determining the creative direction, and executing the team's vision. This involved managing the planning timeline while ensuring we stayed in budget and handling the design and structure of the event. I also determined marketing strategies, created posters, and advertised strategically. Throughout the event planning process I delegated tasks to my team and communicated with faculty to ensure the event ran smoothly.

Each event was executed successfully, stayed within budget, and exceeded expectations with 75+ students and faculty in attendance throughout the night.
